Section 111 is a termination statute rather than a standalone universal rent-increase notice rule. Oklahoma Housing Finance Agency Housing Choice Voucher guidance separately returns rent-increase requests submitted less than 60 days or more than 120 days before the requested effective date and requests made during the initial contract term or a renewed lease term.
