Kansas rent increase rule

Section 58-2572 separately restricts retaliatory rent increases after specified protected tenant activity. Covered mobile-home park space increases use a distinct § 58-25,109 rule requiring at least 60 days' written notice and preventing the increase from taking effect before expiration of the existing agreement, renewal, or extension.
