Arkansas Attorney General guidance requires at least one rental period of notice before a landlord raises residential rent, for both oral and written leases. Arkansas law also preempts local governments from controlling the amount charged for rent on private residential property, subject to statutory exceptions. Max Rental Tools does not configure a general statewide percentage cap from the authoritative sources reviewed, and keeps automated notice generation gated because 'one rental period' depends on the property's rent-payment frequency rather than one universal number of days.
