For calendar year 2026, Oregon's published maximum annual rent increase is 9.5% for ordinary covered tenancies subject to ORS 90.323 and qualifying facilities with 30 or fewer spaces. Certain manufactured-home or marina facilities with more than 30 spaces use a separate 6% maximum. Exemptions and tenancy-specific rules still require review.
