Nevada 주 규정
Nevada does not impose one general statewide percentage cap for ordinary private residential rent increases. A landlord may not increase rent unless written notice is served at least 60 days before the first increased rental payment, or 30 days for a periodic tenancy of less than one month. Lease terms, subsidized housing rules, and other statutory protections still require review.
