Delaware does not use one general statewide percentage cap for ordinary private rentals. When a landlord renews a rental agreement with amended or modified provisions, including rent, the landlord must give at least 60 days' written notice before the existing agreement expires. Month-to-month termination rules also use a 60-day written-notice period. Lease terms and other statutory protections still require review.
